WillowBee Acquisition

To our friends and customers:

Today I am pleased to announce that we are joining forces with SaaSFlow and have entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired. The last 2 years have been an incredible journey for WillowBee, full of ups and downs. But none of this would be possible without our amazing team and our users. We couldn’t have done it without you.

We started 2 years ago with the idea to make it easy, affordable, and accessible for anyone to create their will in just a few minutes.

I want to assure you that WillowBee functionality will still be intact and that we are not going anywhere. We have long admired the SaaSFlow Team’s desire to craft value-add, customer-focused solutions while also building a great team and culture.

Going forward, Simon and I will be involved in the product roadmap but will be spending more time on our own businesses. The SaaSFlow team will continue to grow WillowBee as a stand-alone brand, while expanding it with new features and into new markets.

We are excited to share more about what we’ll be working on together in the coming months. The possibilities are endless and we are only just getting started…:)
